A Life of Principled Obedience
(Psalm 119:57-60)
Albert Martin

“'I thought about my ways, and turned my feet to your testimonies. I made haste and did not delay to keep your commandments.' In these words the Psalmist has captured the essence of obedience — the necessary fruit of true conversion. This sermon on Psalm 119:57-60 exhorts believers to follow the Psalmist's example. You will want to listen to and meditate on this exposition often as an aid to living a holy life.' — Trinity Pulpit catalog.

This is classic Pastor Martin at his Spirit-assisted best. It is an excellent example of sermon introduction, exegetical clarity, vivid illustrations, listener engagement by direct address, searching questions, pointed applications — which leave the hearer searched, challenged, humbled, provoked to growth in grace and a closer & more precise walk with God. In short, this is true preachingas opposed to a running commentary Bible study. We suggest hearing it at one sitting without interruptions – as if you had been in the congregation on that Lord's Day.
